Flow: You Got to Move it, Move it

Despite knowing it isn’t good for us, the pandemic has us all sitting even more than we used to. This poses problems for breathing among other key systems.

It is a problem all of us with office jobs are all dealing with so why not be part of the solution. To help yourself and others have some foundation (air) for good communication.

The offer today is to stand up and stretch during a meeting. In fact, if there is a moment to make an offer to the group — offer movement. Play some music and start a Zoom dance party if you are that type of office. Take some obvious, deep, expansive breaths. Normalize respecting your body in front of your peers. It only takes one person making space for health to invite others to do the same.

For fun
