Observe: Pressure

Air pressure that is. How well are you breathing today? Are you looking forward to holidays at the end of this week or are you dreading it?
This particular holiday observance can be charged with a good deal of negative energy. Whether it be the conflict over the holiday itself or dealing family members, it can be rough. Over the course of the week, I'll be offering coping techniques for difficult conversations. I will also do a little post on navigating small talk.
For today, just focus on how you are feeling. And, breathe.
