Observe
Observe: Transitions

Fall is here, at least on the calendar. The weather it seems is trying to cling to Summer but our energy, and workflow, move deliberately towards Fall.
Transitions are always so interesting, and sometimes predictable. This time of year is typically most challenging for breathing and especially dangerous for those with respiratory ailments such as asthma. Physically our bodies begin to brace for reduced mobility. The voice can be prone to falter, the body prone to illness. Our bodies and minds begin shifting in patterns of our own creation.
Today I want you to join me in observing the neuro-physical condition as it transitions to Fall.
- Breath with more intention. If you have breathing limitations make certain you have your inhalers and other medications to hand and take attacks very seriously.
- Stretch the body, explore where it resists the extension and negotiate more ease in your movement.
- Note any shifts in mood and if you have conditions that require attention, such as depression, make sure you have supports in place.
Become a keen observer of your condition and enjoy the last embers of Summer while they last.
