Perform: What Makes You Happy

August 21, 2020
5 min read

I'm talking, downright joyful. What do you love?

It is those things that fire you up. The things that truly energize you that bring you closest to understanding the sensory possibilities in your body.

Today the offering is simple. Think about your own joy -- A favorite smell, meal, person, etc. Whatever it is, pick something that truly charges you up not just something you think is "nice."

Focus on the physiology of that joy, notice your breathing, and say your name. Notice how your voice feels/sounds on joy.
