Observe: Principles

There are beliefs that are fundamental in all of us, things we hold true. These are our foundational principles and they create the scaffolding for our reality.

When was the last time you looked at yours, not as an exercise but as an assessment? Are your fundamentals beliefs actually true? Do those beliefs reflect the best of our understanding and information? Are those beliefs moveable or intractable?

I'm not trying to wax philosophical here. I am just noticing more and more public speech that doesn't seem to align with who a person believes themselves to be.

The reasons are many and I am not a therapist so I'll just leave this on the table. If your outer voice is not in alignment with your inner voice it will be very difficult to build authority in the room.

What do you observe?
