Observe: Your Body Speaks
I am not feeling well today. So I am taking this as an opportunity to listen to what my body is saying. It is easy to miss in the rustle of the day, you have to really pay attention.
Today, listen to your body. How is your energy? Does anything hurt/ache? How is your digestion? How do you feel, emotionally? and Importantly, How are you connecting with the world around you?
