Office Space: Ideas

Happy New Year!

I am of the opinion that the start of a new year is both a terrible time to make set resolutions and a wonderful time to contemplate the new.

It is a great time to collect ideas and try some out. Perhaps even considering some that you really aren't sure about.

The invitation today is really an invitation for the rest of the month.

  • Listen deeply to ideas from different people and places without judging them.
  • Collect all of your ideas whether you think they are good or bad. Find a place to hold them even if that is a quick voice memo.
  • Observe what ideas are present in your space. Can you help them be better, or support them as they are?

The purpose is to make ourselves more agile, more open. To build the intention that becomes the impulse to speak from a more dynamic place.
