Office Space: Restore
For many in the U.S., it is a short week. It is also more stressful than usual as we adapt (hopefully) to a holiday season in a pandemic.
Usually we discuss how to use the voice to "do" things. Today, I'd like to invite you to let the voice be something. A source of vibration and repose.
Try humming a tune with your mouth closed and observing the vibration in your body. Breathe in through your mouth and exhale on an /ah/ again observing the sensation in your body. I invite you to explore your voice as an instrument of restoration.
