Perform: Reps

Nothing will prepare you for excellence in a task more than just doing it.

Focused practice with some stakes, such as practicing a speech or song in front of friends is great for this. But at some point, you just have to do the thing. Volunteer to lead the meeting or present the proposal. Record a video for YouTube or do a FB or Insta Live. Just do the thing.

I can promise you that your first outings won't be perfect. They may even be awkward or "bad." So you review what happened, correct for what you can, and do it again. And, again. I can also promise you that no matter where you start, getting in the reps will make a world of difference.
