Variance: Quiet

Our world is changed. It sounds different. We sound different.

One of those differences is how quiet it is outside. At least, it is quiet in cities such as Boston or New York -- Eerily so. It creates space for worry and reaction, sure. But also, for thought and intention.

You get to choose what to observe and how (or if) to respond. This observation is at the heart of remaining centered in your well-being and by extension, your communication.

GROW Voice is hosting a couple of events this week. An office hour on Friday at 12pm on Zoom. Please email me to register.

We will also be doing a 3-session series of FB Live Thursdays at 6 pm on the GROW Voice FB Page. These sessions will begin a process of checking in with physical alignment, breath, and coping with sedentary -- the WFH edition.
