Variance: Get Up

Literally, get up.
Stand (or sit up, or stretch out as you can), and move. Stretch your arms wide and let your spine articulate.
Come back to your body. Breathe in and breathe out, noisily. Make sound and move.
We are in a marathon and this body, the one you have today, sets the cadence.

We will also be doing a 3-session series of FB Live Thursdays at 6 pm on the GROW Voice FB Page. These sessions will begin a process of checking in with physical alignment, breath, and coping with Sedentary — the WFH edition.
