Variance: Feelings

Everything you have ever felt, or will ever feel, has an electrical path in the brain. Feelings have physiology. They are tangible as well as intangible. And, you must deal with them. You must deal with yourself.
You have tools for this. Breath is one and unstructured voicing is another. You may also dance, meditate, do yoga, run -- powerful tools all.
Here's the reality underlying our current uncertainty. We are our bodies. We feel this and we must respond.
