Observe: Air Quality

There is some weird air out there. The weather in the NE is both cooler and more humid than usual. Dust is moving through other parts of the country, and the Rocky Mountain west navigates fire and ash.

These are factors that impact our impulses to breathe freely, so we need reminders. Despite the oppressive feeling of the air in Boston, air quality is good. Even while wearing a mask, quality breathing is possible. Especially while there is stress and uncertainty, breathing is essential.

Today is about the observation and activation of your awareness around breathing. Specifically the fluid act of breathing in alignment with your activity. Go ahead and throw in some deep, relaxed breaths as well. Observe your quality of air.

This Friday at 12:30 pm EDT, Gina will be live on FB. These will be short voice alignment sessions aimed at voice skills building. Watch it on the GROW Voice FB page. I hope to see you there.
