Observe: Beginnings

The beginning of the year is full of good intentions for many. Still, by February, many of these intentions will lay abandoned. Here is a wonderful truth about turning intention into reality — the voice is at the center of this negotiation. It is literally the resonant form of the current that governs your vagus nerve.

Today, observe how you speak about your intentions for 2020. If you aren’t voicing your goals, ask yourself why. What you can say aloud, even if only for yourself, you can create. If you can’t say it and believe it, then you might as well send it to the resolution cemetary.

Remember sharing your intentions with others isn’t required but you must find a way to voice it for yourself.
